Route planner

Find one or more clients. CRM will select nearby stores and build a 12–20 stop route.

Search by client, chain, city, address, house number, area or metro. GPS is not required for routes.

Ready routes

Day routes are remembered automatically. You can pick an old route or save the current one under your own name.

No ready routes yet.

Stores

Retail points assigned to your territory.

Visits

Visit history and GPS audit.

Imported Excel visits contain the visit date only. Exact check-in, check-out and duration are available for new CRM visits.

All department reports in Excel — in English or Chinese. And separately — everything BAs see at competitors: photos and descriptions.

Calendar

Vacation, business trip, sick leave, day off — who is absent and when.

Exchanges

Exchange requests for devices and consumables for wholesale clients: Wholesale Development Manager → Head review → Head approval.

Distributors

How many stores are assigned to which distributor and their shares by city.

Lost sales

Client, their distributor, how much they could have sold but did not, and why — for example, out of stock.

Wholesale tasks

Remarks

Manager remarks on visits and BA replies — in one thread per visit.

Control

Weekly summary, visit review, route completion and change log.

Reports

Excel exports, monthly report, month close and team dashboard.

Team

Daily activity and monthly KPI.

Administration

Backups and safe installation of CRM updates.

BA phone log

Steps for saving visits on the phone: saving, memory errors, restored drafts. Helps investigate ‘visit disappeared’ complaints.

View CRM through an employee’s eyes

Opens exactly what the selected person sees: menu, home, filters and data. View only — nothing will change.

Visit photos

Entry, exit and shelf photos are kept for 30 days (the latest one per store is kept). POSM and device handover photos follow the period below. Download the monthly archive before deleting.

Backups

Regular backup: CRM files + database, without photos (compact). Old automatic backups are deleted automatically — the last 5 are kept.

Install update

Upload the ZIP I prepared for the CRM. A backup is created automatically before installation.

How it works: CRM checks the manifest and SHA-256 of each file, forbids paths outside /crm/, creates an automatic backup, installs the files, runs the DB migration and tries to roll back on error.
